Green details, Oil paint: I took this close up outside of my house of a pine tree. I choose to take this picture because everyday I see these trees and they are so big, full, and pretty. I love the outcome of this image because you can tell what type of tree it is, the details of it, and with the filter on it, it looks like a painting. I choose to put a filter on this image because I am trying to convey a feeling of detail and wonder.
Wavy views, Oil Paint: I titled this image Wavy views because when I put the filter on the image it turned some of the branches wavy. I took this picture in the woods behind my house on a walk with my brother. I choose to take this photo in the woods because I grew up playing every day in it. I love how the final product turned out; I decided to put this Oil filter on this picture because I knew that it would look great with the "painty" look. When seeing this image of a tree I think of adventure and wonder.
Where animals live, Oil Paint: When I planned out what images I was going to take I was not planning on photographing this place. I was walking around with my brother in the woods and I saw this chipmunk hole. I love the final product in how this image turned out with the filter! When taking this image it was hard to get the angle right to I had to take with the phone upside down and in the camera app I flipped the image.
Many years, Oil paint: The tree means a lot to me because it used to be standing since last year. I would climb on it in the woods and there were little pieces of wood on it to climb up. I am so happy I decided to put the Oil Paint filter on this copy because it shows and brings out the rings of the tree. When looking at this tree you can imagine how big it was. When I look at this picture I think of nature.
Four eggs, Oil Paint: This image turned out amazing it being taken on my phone. I used up close and portrait mode to take this image which gave it a blurred affect on the outsides and corners. It was kind of hard to achieve this angle because I am not that tall, so I had to hold my phone above my head and was unable to see the screen while taking the picture.
